The following requirements are mandatory for successful food transportation:

• Use specially equipped food tanks. The transportation of goods must be carried out in a completely safe environment, which allows to ensure full safety of product quality;
• Food tanks must comply with all sanitary norms, be serviceable and clean. The inside of the containers should be covered with a special hygienic coating, which will be perfectly washable and disinfected;
• When transporting perishable products, specialized isothermal containers must be used, and the cargo itself must comply with current legal regulations;
• After each shipment, the vehicle must be cleaned from the remains of the previous cargo and disinfected. Only specially equipped washing rooms shall be used for tanker sanitization;
• It is strictly forbidden to transport food products with non-food cargoes, as well as in tanks, where dangerous goods were previously transported;
• To transport food cargo in a tank within Ukraine, as well as to carry out international transportation of liquid food cargoes is possible only in the presence of a sanitary passport issued in a specially established order.
